What is your average turnaround time?
The majority of our products are “made-to-order.” Occasionally, we will have Ready to Ship items in the “Ready to Ship” section of our shop. These items will ship 2 business days after payment is received. “Made to Order” items usually ship within 5-6 business days. Custom orders ship 4-5 weeks after order is received. We will always try to get orders out as quickly as possibly, but please understand our timeframes are estimations only.
What if my order is incorrect?
First, please accept our apologies. If you receive the wrong item, we will send a postage paid envelope for you to return the incorrect item as well as the correct item you ordered. Please include details about your what you ordered and what you received when contacting us.
What if I don’t like my merchandise upon its arrival?
Again, please accept our apologies. If after receiving your item, you don’t like it, we will send you a postage paid envelope for you to return the item. We will refund you the full amount once we receive the item back. Refunds are given up to 15 days after you receive your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in the state of Ohio–USA. Sales tax will be collected at checkout for all orders being shipped to an Ohio address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we’d be happy to ship internationally. Your shipping cost will be based on weight and destination upon checkout. eLeMeNO-P Kids will not be responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. By law, we are required to mark all items as “merchandise” on custom forms. We will not be held responsible for your items being delayed due to customs holding the package.
USPS quotes packages shipped First Class International Mail delivery varies depending on location. USPS does not offer tracking numbers on International shipments. If you would like a tracking number, please contact us before ordering so we can update shipping at your expense, to include a tracking number.
Do you offer coupon codes or discounted items?
Yes, we occasionally offer coupon codes. The best way to stay up to date on any coupon codes is to sign up for our newsletter here! We only send 1-2 emails a month, and would never share your information with third-parties. Links for our Facebook page or email list can be found on the home page.
What if my item is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged?
eLeMeNO-P Kids cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please always make sure your shipping address is correct upon ordering. We will not issue a credit for items being returned due to wrong address. Should your package be returned to us due to wrong address, the buyer is responsible for charges to reship the item. If the item arrives damaged due to an error on our end (hole, tear, etc) we will gladly replace the item at no charge to you. If an item arrives damaged due to an error beyond our control (water damage, opened package, etc), we will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the item(s). All orders are shipped in a waterproof, poly envelope or in a cardboard mailing box with each item individually wrapped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept payments via Paypal. Paypal allows us to keep our costs low, while providing secure credit card processing. REMINDER: You do NOT need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment. See photo below.
If you do not have a Paypal account, click on the link as shown above to process a secure credit card transaction as a guest. Using a debit or credit card will make an instant payment.
Once your payment clears, we will begin your order. Your order will be cancelled if the payment isn’t received in 10 business days. Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax, however, all other orders out of state are tax exempt.
If you pay via ECheck, Paypal holds your funds for 5 days before releasing the payment to us, which will delay us in working on your order. If you need the item quickly, please do not pay using this method.
Please make sure your address listed on Paypal is accurate. This is the address we will ship to. We will not be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If this happens, YOU will be responsible for the shipping in having the order reshipped to the correct address.
